​Our environmental commitment: We are purchasing locally grown seasonal foods from local farms as much as possible to reduce our carbon footprint. We compost our kitchen scraps into nutrient rich soil with local CT farms to enrich the future produce we will be using. We utilize recycled and compostable cups and food containers instead of Styrofoam.
It all starts with locally sourced produce and the freshest ingredients used by our team of talented chefs to create food that is exceptional in taste.
