Shipping & Returns Policy

 

During the checkout process, you will be presented with shipping options and pricing. You can choose your shipping method by clicking the appropriate selection.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

* International Shipping refers to any shipping outside of the United States of America.
International shipping methods are currently unavailable at this time. 

Order Status
It is the policy of Seasonal Sweets and Catering to send you order status information by e-mail.  You will be notified when an order is received and when an order is shipped.  

Back Orders 
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available. 

 

Refunds and Returns
While Seasonal Sweets and Catering makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, Seasonal Sweets and Catering is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays in shipping due to weather conditions, Customs, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. Email us at Seasonalsweetsandcatering@hotmail.com with any questions that you may have about your order or to request a refund. All order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and failure to do so will result in your acceptance of the order. Perishable items such as spices must be returned within two weeks of purchase date in the original undamaged packaging accompanied by the original packing slip to receive a refund should you be dissatisfied with your purchase. Accessories must be returned within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the original packing slip, must be in resalable condition in the original undamaged packaging.
