Cooking Directions (4 servings): 1. Rinse 1 cup of farro and drain. Combine 4 cups water and 1 cup rinsed farro in a medium pot; bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat and simmer; cook for 20 minutes. For a softer consistency cook for an additional 5 minutes. Drain any excess liquid & Serve.
Chef's Tip: Cook farro uncovered like pasta. For a hot dish: drain and toss with oil or butter to keep from clumping. For a cold salad: Drain & rinse with cold water
