Cooking Directions (4 servings): 1. Combine 1 cup quinoa, 1 1/2 cups water, and salt in a saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. 3. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Use immediately, or spread on a baking sheet to let cool.
